Refund policy

Because every vibecheckmyshirt item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery using the contact form on our site. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Orders cannot usually be changed or canceled once production begins. If you notice an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before production starts.

Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
